Data controller

The controller of the personal data collected through this website is the person named above under “Owner details”. For any privacy question you can write to the email address shown in that block.

What data we process and how we obtain it

We only process the data you give us:

• When you fill in the quote form: your name, phone number, the service you are interested in, your town and the language of the page you write from.
• If you call us or write to us by WhatsApp or email: the data you share in that communication (for example your name, phone number or email address).

We do not collect data for advertising or tracking purposes, and this site does not use analytics tools.

Purpose

To handle your request: to contact you, arrange the visit, take measurements and prepare and send you the quote. We do not build profiles, we do not make automated decisions and we will not send you commercial messages you have not asked for.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box and submitting the form (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR), and the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request when you ask for a quote (Article 6(1)(b)). You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting what has already been done.

Recipients and service providers

We do not pass your data to third parties unless required by law. To be able to help you we rely on providers acting as data processors:

• Web3Forms: the service that receives the form and forwards it to our email. It may share the IP address and email of the person submitting the form with anti-spam services.
• Google (Gmail): the email service where we receive and store requests.
• Cloudflare: hosting and content delivery network for the website, which processes technical connection data (such as the IP address) in order to serve the pages.

International transfers

Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area (for example in India or the United States). In those cases they rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Retention period

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request. If no job is agreed, we will delete it within a maximum of 12 months. If a job is agreed, we will keep it for the periods required by legal obligations (for example tax and accounting) and delete it afterwards.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to the email address given under “Owner details” and identifying yourself. We will reply within the legal deadline.

If you believe your data is not being handled correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Minors

This site is not aimed at children under 14. If you believe a minor has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or site changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
